Parish hosts 'shopping' day for low-income girls

The Episcopal Church of St. Peter & St. Paul, Marietta, on July 26 will host its 16th annual Back-to-School "Shopping" Day for 228 low-income students who take part in the Cool Girls, Inc., program, but the girls won't have to spend a dime.

Mission trip not far away, but a world away

A team consisting of members of Christ Church, Norcross, their families and friends and one member from St. Paul's, Atlanta, left Atlanta for Juarez, Mexico, early Sunday morning, June 15. In actual miles, it was not so far away -- just across the Texas border at El Paso. And yet it was worlds away from our life in Norcross.
